SERVER RULES

These rules apply across all BlueWater servers, Discord, and in-game chat.

DISCORD & IN-GAME CHAT

Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repeated disruptive messages.
Racist, homophobic, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory speech.
Defamatory claims intended to damage BlueWater or its community.
Disrespectful or hostile behavior toward staff.
Publicly reporting or calling out suspected rule breakers. Use F7 or a Discord ticket.

Any language, provided the content still follows these rules.
Game-related trash talk and toxicity.
Calling out raids, PvP, base locations, and similar information to the wider server.

Any third-party software, cheat, exploit tool, or program that provides an unfair advantage. This results in a permanent ban.
Visual or display filters used to gain an unfair advantage at night.
Evading or bypassing restrictions or bans issued by administrators.
Playing with an account that has received an EAC ban on another account within the previous 180 days.
Illicitly purchased or bot-generated Steam accounts may be refused access due to their integrity and cheating risk.

Build exploits are permitted only when the resulting base remains raidable, including bunkers and floor stacking.

Exceeding the server's stated group limit.
Alliances between groups that create a PvP or PvE advantage. In active PvP areas or monuments, treat other groups as hostile once PvP begins.
Sharing base codes, cupboard authorization, turret authorization, or equivalent access with another group.

Replacing a teammate only when the original player is offline and will not return for the wipe; change codes and remove their authorizations.
Giving your base away under the same condition.
Fair trades through vending machines, trade windows, or safe zones.
Being friendly while no PvP has been initiated nearby. Once PvP begins, do not take sides or coordinate with another group.

Scamming, betraying, or stealing from teammates, including shared loot, resources, or gear.
Destroying, transferring, or giving away shared bases or items without consent.
Abusing access such as base codes, cupboards, or turret authorization.
Joining a group under false pretenses to gain access and steal, scam, or transfer its assets.

Stream sniping creators who are actively attempting to hide their location or server position.

Hide the map, enable streamer mode, disable chat, and keep your BattleMetrics profile private.
Official BlueWater partner creators are exempt.

Moderators are trusted players with mute permissions. They enforce general chat rules and provide basic support.

Admins and owners have the permissions needed to monitor servers, investigate suspicious players, and handle F7 or Discord reports.

We reserve the right to remove or ban players whose actions harm BlueWater, its servers, staff, or community.
Our goal is a safe, stable, enjoyable environment. Do not interfere with another player's ability to enjoy the game.
Administrative action may be taken when necessary to protect the integrity and long-term health of the server, even when a situation is not explicitly covered by one rule.
